Account Executive
London – Competitive salary + bonus package
We are looking for an Account Executive with at least 6-months' experience and, ideally, previous experience of working in planning, property and community relations to join our growing team in London.
The successful candidate will work on a number of high profile projects across the UK, including infrastructure, energy, masterplanning and new development schemes. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, writing, event management and proofing skills.

Simon Lawrence
Account Manager
Since joining Local Dialogue in early 2009, Simon has been actively at the forefront of a number of projects for clients across a variety of sectors. During this time Simon has developed a considerable amount of experience in event management, community engagement and media and political relations.
Simon started his career as a campaigns officer for his local Labour Party in Islington. Joining the MP’s staff at a critical point a few months before the local council elections in 2006 meant Simon was able to take a leading role in Islington Labour’s election strategy from the very beginning.
Then followed a spell with Emily Thornberry MP as a parliamentary researcher, including time spent in Westminster and the constituency office. During this period Simon regularly took part in weekly surgeries with constituents and helped Emily to prepare for her parliamentary commitments, such as Select Committee meetings.
Simon subsequently joined a leading public affairs consultancy where he provided lobbying and communication support to clients in a range of sectors including retail, property, healthcare and banking. Immediately prior to joining Local Dialogue, Simon helped coordinate national political and media campaigns for a full service public affairs and PR consultancy.
Simon has a 1st Class degree in International Politics.
