Account Executive
London – Competitive salary + bonus package
We are looking for an Account Executive with at least 6-months' experience and, ideally, previous experience of working in planning, property and community relations to join our growing team in London.
The successful candidate will work on a number of high profile projects across the UK, including infrastructure, energy, masterplanning and new development schemes. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, writing, event management and proofing skills.

Jessica Stewart
Associate Partner
Jessica has over twelve years’ experience of working in the stakeholder and community relations and planning advocacy industry. Her work across the private and public sectors has given her extensive experience of delivering effective and successful consultation and communications programmes.
She has experience of both consultancy and in-house environments. Former roles include Media Relations Manager at SEEDA (South East England Development Agency) and Account Director of Public Affairs and CSR at a specialist property and retail PR consultancy. As Head of External Relations at the Covent Garden-based private members club, The Hospital, she oversaw the delivery of the Section 106 agreement and was responsible for all community relations. She also has extensive experience of delivering award-winning arts projects as part of planning agreements.
Based in our London office, Jessica leads a team of consultants working on a diverse range of projects for a number of key clients. Since joining Local Dialogue in January 2010 she has overseen successful communications and consultation programmes for significant schemes including a number of large housing renewal projects across London, a state-of-the-art learning centre for the charitable arm of a major NHS mental health foundation trust and the major refurbishment of a South Bank landmark.
Jessica is also leading the community relations on a number of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) that will require Infrastructure Planning Approval alongside a nationwide consultation programme for National Grid, the results of which will feed into the future policy on Undergrounding.
